Terms of use Rechtconsult Rotterdam
- Applicability
These terms of use apply if you use the legal consultation hours and/or attend the consultation hours (both by telephone and physically).
- Liability
A) The consultations of Rechtsconsult Rotterdam are without obligation, and based on the information you provide. No rights can be derived from the consultations until an assignment agreement has been concluded with one of the participating law firms.
B) Although the consultations from Rechtsconsult Rotterdam have been compiled with great care (based on information provided by you), Rechtsconsult Rotterdam accepts no liability for damages - in any form - as a result of the use of the answers and/or for the consequences of incompleteness or inaccuracy thereof.
C) Any liability of Rechtsconsult Rotterdam - including that of the participating law firms - towards you and/or third parties for damage arising from or related to (the consultations during) the free consultation hour is always limited to the amount covered by the professional liability insurance of the participating law firms. in the relevant case, plus the amount of the deductible according to the relevant policy.
D) If and insofar as no payment is made under the aforementioned insurance for whatever reason, any liability of Rechtsconsult Rotterdam as well as any liability of the law firms is limited to the aforementioned deductible under the aforementioned insurance. The deductible under the current professional liability insurance of the law firms is a maximum of € 1,000.
E) The liability limitation(s) stated in this provision does not apply in the event of damage resulting from intent or gross negligence on the part of one of the law firms.
3.Privacy
A) The visitor's personal information is included in a database. The visitor has the right to inspect, object and correct. Rechtsconsult Rotterdam refers to the privacy statement published on the website and which provides insight into how Rechtsconsult Rotterdam implements the information obligation laid down in the GDPR to those whose personal data it processes.
